PublishAmerica Presents Dreams of Glory by Lawrence Bear
Frederick, MD October 20, 2009 -- PublishAmerica is proud to present Dreams of Glory by Lawrence Bear.
A newcomer to Cranberry Portage Mohawks hockey club, Robert McKay is on a journey of following his dreams to one day play in the National Hockey League. He has to overcome obstacles along his way, striving for what he yearns and loves, hockey. Being a teenager isn’t easy, with alcohol, hockey, and girls, along with peer pressure, all distractions he faces. It is up to Robert, as he is faced with the most difficult decision of his life. Through tough times he must choose whether to continue his journey or stand aside and watch as his dreams drift away. Hockey isn’t just a game; it’s passion, desire, honor, and credibility. It’s what dreams are made of.
Lawrence Bear has two daughters, 12 and one year of age. He lives on the Fisher River Cree Nation with his soul mate Tina Hudson.
